Season varies with the productivity of its trees and sales demand. You can typically purchase syrup from March through September, however if sales are brisk, it could be gone by August. Syrup is available in pints and quarts. Buy directly from the farm by mail order or in person from the farm's store. To get to the farm, take I-74 to Bloomington then travel south on Interstate 55. Take exit 154 and turn right. At the next stop sign, turn left, which will put you on Old Route 66. Go 4.5 miles to Funk's Grove. Continue a half mile more. The farm will be on your left. Alternatively, if your next flight out of Central Illinois is from Bloomington-Normal, you also may be able to pick up a pint at the regional airport.
