Moore Family Farm
In the fall of 2004, the Moores purchased former Arthur farmer Danny Kaufmann's stone mill. They are milling chemical-free Prairie Gold white wheat bread and pastry flour, as well as pesticide-free yellow corn meal, polenta, and corn flour. Their grains and flours are available through Common Ground Food Cooperative in Champaign. You'll also find their polenta served at bacaro Italian restaurant in Champaign, Illinois.
