MEMBER PROPOSAL AND PETITION PROCEDURE FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
A proposal may be submitted by the board or by any individual member. The proposal must be submitted to the board president by a set time before the meeting. The time will be announced by the board. The board sets the agenda and the time limits on agenda items. Items are included at the discretion of the board unless the item is submitted by a quorum of the membership. The agenda is reviewed and approved by the membership at the membership meeting.
